We (Kyle & Ariana) moved to Fort Myers together after graduating high school in 2014. Ariana worked two jobs while Kyle balanced a full time job on top of going to university. While in California in 2016, the food truck seed was planted. We wanted to bring healthy options and the unique dining experience that we saw on the West Coast, to our home in Southwest Florida. BuddhaBlends became a reality a year and a half later, in the fall of 2017. Now, we're on the road in our self-built camper van, looking forward to serving up our delicious food once again.
Fresh, healthy food is what we strive for. We make all of our offerings fresh to order from scratch, and we are happy to customize them to your liking. At BuddhaBlends, you never have to worry about what goes into your body. We use the simplest ingredients we can find, that are always vegan, gluten-free, and free of additives. We don't use any refined sugars, dyes, preservatives, natural/artificial flavors, or additives, so you can trust that everything you are consuming is good for you and the planet. Our goal is to provide you with options that sound and taste familiar, without compromising your health.
Sustainability has been our top priority from the start. We wouldn't be where we are today without our Mother Earth, and it is our responsibility as a whole to give back whenever possible. We make an effort to ensure that all of our disposables are biodegradable. This means we do not use toxic plastics that leak pollutants into our oceans and never degrade in the landfill. We are also a chemical & toxin free business that uses pure essential oils, vinegar, and baking soda to disinfect our equipment and clean our produce. We do our best to remain a low-waste company by reducing our packaging and always recycle what cannot be reused. Any produce that would otherwise end up in the landfill gets composted (or used as a hydrating face mask!)
